A stage set for a satsang with a central golden throne under a tiered golden canopy. A seated figure in orange-saffron robes with a saffron turban, wearing a long garland of pink and magenta flowers, sits on the throne; a second, larger flower garland lies at his feet. Flanking thrones hold deity murti: on the left a figure in silver-and-white ornament before a red drape, on the right a figure adorned with gold and a pale green backdrop. A painted blue backdrop shows a red-clad deity with raised hands, and a golden trident stands beside the central throne. Brass lamps and a small wooden stool sit on the stage floor. Probable Swamiji seated in the centre, identified by saffron robes, saffron turban and ornate garlands on a throne, with the caption attributing the event to Paramahamsa Nithyananda.2015-10-16October 16 20152015-10-16October 16 20152015-10-16A photograph of a stage set for a satsang discourse. Centre, a bearded man in saffron-orange robes and a red turban sits on an ornate gold throne-like seat with a golden canopy above, arms spread, speaking into a microphone. Flanking him are two silver-framed shrines: on the left a red-draped alcove with a deity murti wearing a crown and a garland, on the right a green-draped alcove with a deity murti in a pink garland. A tall gold trident stands beside the throne and a blue-skinned painted figure appears on the backdrop. A central golden peetha-style seat is backed by a large decorated umbrella-canopy and floral garlands framing two deity murtis. Flanking thrones hold garlanded figures and a golden lion-like sculpture appears beside the central seat. Floral and orange draped cloth covers the platform, with a large backdrop of stone temple pillars and a painted forest scene. A rudraksha-style mala or ceremonial adornment is not clearly visible. The seated figure's appearance shows long dark hair and orange robes, with a white-shawled figure in the central position.2010-11-23October 17 20152015-10-17September 05 20152015-09-05A seated man in a golden ornate throne sits centrally in a temple-style stage, wearing a rust-orange turban, orange-red robe with yellow-and-white striped cloth, a white and blue flower garland, and a gold necklace, with hands folded in his lap. A tall golden umbrella-shaped canopy rises above the throne, with brass lamps and a trident beside him. To the right, a deity murti in a silver arch is draped with a green cloth, garlanded with white flowers and adorned with a crown, flanked by two smaller attendant figures. A red-and-cream carpet lies in front and a painted backdrop of a figure with a club beside a bull fills the left side. Two classical ceremonial lamps are visible. Swamiji (probable): the seated man has a turban, saffron-orange robes, ceremonial gold necklace and garland, consistent with the page's claim that Swamiji attended this satsang.2015-10-13 +1 copiesNovember 11 20172017-11-11
