Two men sit on plastic and wooden chairs on a tiled veranda in front of a wall of large yellow Tamil-script lettering. The man on the left, an older bald-headed man with white hair and beard, wears an orange shirt and orange dhoti and has a red tilak on his forehead. Beside him, a man with long swept-back dark hair and a red tilak wears an orange robe with a gold border and a rudraksha mala, one hand raised to his ear. At the right edge, a standing man in orange holds a white flower garland with red accents. Behind them is a painted panel showing a deity's bare feet and a peacock motif. Probable Swamiji (probable) is the man with long hair in the orange robe and rudraksha mala.2008-08-03Two seated men in an ashram courtyard before a tiled wall with large golden Tamil letters in a window grille. The older man on the left has white hair, glasses, a red tilak and a light orange shirt and dhoti, with a rudraksha mala at his neck. The man on the right has long dark hair swept back, a red tilak, a white and red flower garland, and an orange robe with gold border. A portrait on the right is labelled 'Mahan Sri Sheshadri Swamigal, Tiruvannamalai', showing a figure in pink. Plastic chairs and a wooden bench surround them on a white tiled floor.2008-08-03August 03 20082008-08-03August 03 20082008-08-03July 21 20042004-07-21August 03 20082008-08-03A photograph of a satsang-style gathering indoors. Two orange-robed sannyasis sit side by side: on the left a man in an orange shawl covering his head sits on a black leather armchair, and in the centre a bearded elderly man in orange robes, rudraksha and crystal malas, round glasses and a white tripundra on his forehead sits on a cream plastic chair with hands folded. Behind them a man in a white shirt and a woman in a red and gold sari watch, and a person in red sits at the right edge. A white plastic chair and a red chair stand in the background. The orange-clad elder carries strong appearance cues for a person but the identification is uncertain, so the role is described as a sannyasi.2012-05-08November 19 20052005-11-19A photograph of a ceremonial gathering indoors. On the left, a bald elderly man in orange robes and a rudraksha mala sits on a gold-and-red throne chair. Behind them, a man in orange cloth and others in white stand.
