The page indicates this is a Chandi Homa event, but the figure's appearance is a shaved-head priest in saffron with gold beads, lacking the long hair or crown cues needed to confirm the person named on the page, so the identity is uncertain.2009-09-25Evening aarti at a riverside or temple setting.
