September 10 20112011-09-10A photograph of a large hall where many women and girls sit cross-legged on mats in rows, facing a framed portrait area. Several framed portraits hang on the pale pink wall above red curtains, one showing a figure with long hair and a crown-like headpiece in orange and gold. Many attendees wear white, green, teal, pink and yellow saris and salwar outfits. A woman in a saffron-coloured top sits at the left with a red tray and small brass items nearby, and some participants hold books or write in notebooks. Brass lamps and flower petals lie on the floor mat in front of the group.2011-10-16August 22 20112011-08-22December 17 20112011-12-17A large hall with many seated devotees on mats, mostly women and girls in saffron, pink, green and white saris and salwar kameez, some with red and orange shawls, sitting cross-legged facing forward. Brass lamps and small plates of offerings sit on the floor in front. Framed portraits hang on the wall above red curtains, and an older woman with a microphone stands at the left edge.
