Behind the throne is a large painted backdrop of a multi-armed deity with a crown and jewelled ornaments, flanked by golden foliage. To the right stands a deity murti draped in orange silk and heavy white and red flower garlands. Brass trident, kalasha-like vessels and oil lamps sit on the platform, and red drapes frame the scene. Pink flowers and red fabrics add to the setting. Readable caption text is absent.2016-10-05August 28 20162016-08-28A photograph inside a richly decorated red-draped shrine. A man with long dark hair swept up under a green-accented headdress, wearing a gold-beaded necklace, gold armlets, a bare upper body and a rust-red dhoti-style garment, extends his right hand over a brass oil lamp toward a seated deity murti. The murti sits on an ornate gold throne, dressed in an orange and gold garment with a silver-embroidered mantle, decorated with pink flower petals and a garland, and wears a crown. Flames rise from a brass bowl of offerings in the foreground, and additional tall brass lamps stand on the red carpet. The scene suggests a puja or pada puja ritual. The man is the only physical person visible.2016-05-24January 04 20192019-01-04May 22 20162016-05-22A temple puja scene in a hall lined with framed portraits on the walls.
