Close view of two carved and painted wooden figures in a storage area against a corrugated grey metal wall. On the left, a gold-leaf figure with a sculpted, ornately decorated torso, rounded knobs and beaded chest details, cropped at the top. On the right, a yellow-bodied carved wooden figure with a red-and-green crown or headdress, a painted face with open mouth and teeth, and a wooden staff or pole held near its shoulder. A teal wooden platform sits in front of it. No living people are visible; the figures appear to be processional or temple wooden murti.2013-07-13August 24 20142014-08-24A workshop scene of gilded wooden temple sculptures.
