A large crowd of villagers gathered under a thatched bamboo-and-palm roof at an outdoor event. Many women wear sarees in green, teal, yellow and orange, and one woman in a lime-green saree faces the camera with a serious expression. Beside her a small boy in a patterned orange-and-black shirt presses his palms together in greeting. A man in the lower left foreground has a red tilak on his forehead. Tall bamboo posts support the roof, and a banner hangs at the back among palm trees.

A photograph of a crowded thatched-roof hall with blue steel poles and rows of orange and saffron pennant bunting strung across the ceiling. Many devotees stand closely packed, most in white, cream and pastel clothing, several men wearing white dhotis and shirts. In the foreground two women have white and red forehead markings, and one woman has a small red bindi and a white flower in her hair. A man in a white shirt stands at a serving table. Fluorescent tube lights hang from the roof.

A photograph of a crowd queuing behind bamboo barriers in a covered hall with pinkish walls and bright lights. Orange saffron flags are tied to the poles. Several men and women stand in a line; a man in a white shirt with a lanyard holds a young child on his hip, a man in a pink striped shirt grips the bamboo rail, and a bespectacled man in white shirt stands nearby. Women wear white and yellow saris. Many more people are visible further down the line, indicating a larger queue.

A long queue of devotees winds through a covered hall with pink walls and blue pillars, guided by bamboo railings tied with rope. In the foreground, men in white shirts and a woman in a green sari stand in line, one holding a plastic bag. A uniformed police officer stands further back near a large black loudspeaker on a stand. Beyond, a crowd moves across red carpeting toward an orange-decorated stage area, with women in white saris and a boy in a red dhoti visible on the right.

A long queue of men, women and children stands in line behind a wooden rail on the left, many in white, yellow and bright saris, with a man in a white turban and white kurta at the front. Orange festoon banners hang from the thatch overhead. On the right, a seated elderly man in a light shirt eats from a steel plate at a long table, while a man in white clothes attends the service. Blue steel posts support the roof.
