A man in an orange-red garment with gold-bordered edges stands barefoot on a glossy dark floor beside a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots. He wears a white flower garland and a gold-coloured turban, and holds a brass bell and a small oil lamp with a lit flame. Yellow marigold garlands drape around the tree trunk, and a white stone platform surrounds its base with flower offerings in a brass plate. The scene suggests a tree-worship puja at an outdoor shrine. A brass lamp stand burns further back. The man is not described as a person because the appearance cues are insufficient.

A man in an orange-red robe with a gold-bordered hem stands barefoot at the base of a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots. He wears a gold turban and a white flower garland, and holds a small silver vessel in his hands while facing the tree. Yellow marigold garlands drape the roots and a white stone platform surrounds the trunk, with flower offerings scattered on it. Nearby a brass oil lamp burns on a stand, and white pillars and a dark polished floor are visible in the open courtyard.

Outdoor photo beneath a huge banyan tree with thick aerial roots wrapping its trunk. A standing devotee in a flowing orange saffron wrap, with long dark hair and a green leaf garland over the shoulder, faces the trunk while holding a lit oil lamp or offering. Yellow and orange marigold garlands hang on the roots. In the foreground at right, a white cloth covers a seated or offered object beside an orange cushion, a small brass vessel and a stone base, with white kolam designs on the ground. Another orange-clad figure stands at the far right edge. The scene shows an outdoor puja at a sacred tree.

A photograph of a large banyan tree with many aerial roots and trunk, wrapped with a long garland of red, yellow, white and green flowers. A man stands at left in a rust-orange dhoti with a gold border and a red-and-blue flower garland over his shoulders, bare-chested with gold armlets, and holds a brass oil lamp and bell. A flame burns in the lamp near the tree. Swamiji (probable): the figure has long, swept-back dark hair, a gold necklace and a rudraksha-style garland, which are the qualifying cues.

Photograph from behind of a person in orange robes and an orange turban, wearing a long white and red flower garland, holding a metal lamp with a flame in the right hand. They stand on a black polished stone platform in front of a large banyan tree wrapped with a white and red flower garland string. A white-rimmed raised platform at the base of the tree holds small flames and scattered petals. To the right, folded striped cloths lie on the ground. The setting is an open outdoor yard with reddish earth and a wall in the background.

A photograph outdoors beneath a large banyan tree with thick, twisting aerial roots and a wide canopy. At the lower left, a garland of white flowers hangs on the trunk, with red and yellow flowers placed at its base. On the right, a man with long, dark, swept-back hair and a gold headband wears a saffron-orange garment and a garland of white and red flowers draped over his shoulder. He holds a silver handbell at the base of the tree while a brass oil lamp with a lit flame stands on a stand beside him. The ground is sandy with dappled shade.

A photograph outdoors at a sacred tree. A man in an orange turban and sleeveless orange robe stands barefoot with his forehead pressed against the trunk of a large banyan tree, one hand resting on the bark. White and pink flower garlands are strung around the trunk and hang from branches, and flower petals are scattered on the red earth. White rangoli lotus designs and striped mats are on the ground nearby, and a concrete wall and poles are in the background. One person is visible. The figure shows long hair swept back under the turban and a rudraksha-style necklace in the garland, but these cues are not enough to confirm an identity, so this is a person in devotion rather than a confirmed a person.

A man in a flowing saffron-orange sleeveless garment with dark trim stands barefoot beside a large banyan tree, one hand resting on its aerial roots, eyes closed in devotion. He wears a long strand of golden beads and sits on a stone platform within an outdoor courtyard, with white kolam rangoli designs on the ground and tree trunks surrounding him. The figure has long dark hair swept back, a distinctive visible cue, but the appearance is not clearly enough established to name him, so this is a devotee-like figure in ritual dress with uncertain identity.
