March 07 20212021-03-07A gold-decorated ceremonial stage with an ornate golden throne-like seat backed by a large golden arch. A life-size cut-out or printed image of a smiling bearded figure in a red-orange turban and saffron robe, wearing layered garlands and gold necklaces, sits on the seat with one hand raised in blessing. The image is a printed depiction, not a physical person. In front, a silver deity murti with a white and red flower garland stands on a red draped platform. Flanking the stage are two yellow-fringed red ceremonial banners with blue flowers and white dove motifs. The lower banner reads dhwajarohanam | maha paramashivaratri brahmotsavam 2021, with a copyright line. No physical people are visible.2021-03-07March 07 20212021-03-07March 07 20212021-03-07A photograph of a satsang stage at an ashram event. A seated figure sits on an ornate golden throne with lion-form arms and a heart-shaped, jewelled backrest, wearing a red-and-maroon dhoti-style garment, a red turban, a rudraksha mala and a long garland of flowers, holding a microphone and gesturing with raised hands. To the left, a golden deity murti in a red-draped golden throne is garlanded with yellow and orange flowers. Behind them stand grey stone temple-style architecture with carved panels, a red fabric backdrop, brass lamps, and a small fan. The floor is covered in red carpet with a white stage edge.2016-01-03A photograph of a stage set for a satsang: a seated figure in orange-red robes and a red head covering sits on an ornate gold throne with a large heart-shaped, jewelled and flower-decorated backrest, flanked by gold lion sculptures and a golden parasol above. A golden deity murti in garlands sits to the left on a gold seat. Marigold garlands drape the grey stone temple-style backdrop, with brass lamps and a standing fan on the red-carpeted stage. A seated figure wearing a red-and-orange garment and a mala with flower garland matches the page's satsang event, but the face and build are too indistinct to confirm identity, so this is an uncertain appearance. No other people are visible.2016-01-03January 03 20162016-01-03A photograph of a ceremonial stage set for a satsang. A bearded man in saffron-orange robes, a rudraksha mala, a gold necklace and an orange head wrap sits enthroned on an ornate gold peetha with red cushions, hands resting on his lap, smiling. Behind him stands an arched golden torana framed by strings of marigold, pink and white garlands, with a deity murti at the centre and a gold canopy above. Golden flagstaffs with orange and red pennants flank the stage, brass lamps and a kalasha-style brass lamp stand sit before him, a microphone stand is at right, and dark red curtains and carved stone pillars complete the backdrop.2016-11-04August 12 20172017-08-12A seated figure in a red and gold robe with a white turban sits on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet back, garlanded with yellow and orange flowers, on a raised red stage. Hands are folded in front of the chest. Two decorative umbrellas with colourful fringes flank the throne, with peacock-feather fans and palm plants at the sides. Tall painted pillars with bird and floral patterns stand behind against a dark drape, and a fan is visible on the left. The person appears to be a person seated in a presiding role, shown with a turban, red-and-gold robe and ceremonial throne setting.2008-01-07January 13 20152015-01-13January 03 20162016-01-03
