May 25 20132013-05-25A photograph inside a temple shrine where a priest in an orange-red dhoti and matching upper cloth, with a yellow sash and gold armband, stands at left holding flowers and a garland. Behind him, a seated deity murti with a golden crown and ornate gold jewellery sits on a throne covered in layered garlands of red, yellow, purple and white flowers. Another figure stands beside it in a red-brown garment with a garland. Offerings and a gold kalasha-like vessel are in front. Setting appears to be a puja or abhishekam in a temple hall with large windows.2015-01-04A ceremonial scene in a hall with red curtains and framed portraits on the walls. In the foreground, a man in a brown-orange dhoti with a gold border stands at a small table draped in red cloth, wearing a layered garland of white and red flowers and a gold-bead necklace. Beside him, a bald man in an orange-brown dhoti with a rudraksha-style mala stands with hands together. A third man in orange clothing stands behind them. A tall garland of multicoloured flowers and a purple cloth drape a large gilded palanquin-style throne with carved gold panels, and a flower-decorated kalasha or offering stands on the table. A seated audience in orange and saffron robes fills the left side of the room.2013-05-25May 25 20132013-05-25A man with long dark hair stands with palms pressed together in namaskar before an ornate gilded throne draped in garlands of yellow, green, purple, red and white flowers. On the throne sits a small seated deity murti in brown and gold clothing, with a golden crown-like headdress. Orange and red marigold garlands and a rudraksha mala hang around him, and his wrap is rust-orange with a gold border. Flower offerings and a folded white cloth lie on a draped orange cloth at the base of the throne. The room has maroon curtains and a pale wall. The man's appearance with long hair, rudraksha mala, gold armbands and ceremonial orange garments gives a probable identification as Swamiji (probable) in a reverent devotional posture.2013-05-25March 10 20132013-03-10November 12 20152015-11-12A photograph of a Ganesha murti, a silver deity figure with an elephant head, decorated with a silver crown and an orange cloth draped over the shoulders and waist. It is adorned with heavy silver necklaces and a large silver pendant, and is framed by long garlands of red, pink, yellow and white flowers arranged in cascading strands. Behind it stands an ornate silver arch with repoussé carving, and the deity sits on a deep red cloth.2011-11-28 +1 copiesMay 25 20132013-05-25December 14 20162016-12-14May 26 20132013-05-26 +1 copiesNovember 11 20172017-11-11
