The murti wears orange and red garments, a jewelled necklace, and a golden crown, and stands under a canopy decorated with red, yellow and white flower garlands. In the foreground a person in white ceremonial clothes with an orange shawl and a bright orange-red turban sits on a white draped platform, with a garland of red and white flowers hanging across their shoulders. Brass lamps stand on either side, and green trees and stone pillars frame the outdoor setting.2009-07-08A priest in a rust-brown dhoti and wrap with a saffron-yellow border stands at the left, his bare shoulder and upper back turned toward the camera as he adjusts garlands on a deity murti. The murti is a gilded metal figure with a tall golden crown and an orange-red cloth draped over its head, wearing layered gold necklaces and a large gold ornamental collar. It is almost entirely enclosed in dense garlands of red roses, yellow marigolds, white flowers and green leaves. A decorated purple-bordered silk cloth hangs over the top, and a second smaller murti with gold ornaments is visible at the right edge. Behind them are blue and gold draperies. The priest's forehead has a line of sacred ash and a bangle is on his wrist; the setting appears to be a temple alcove used for decorating a deity.2012-04-23 +2 copiesApril 27 20182018-04-27 +1 copiesApril 14 20132013-04-14 +1 copies
