Several men in white dhotis and rudraksha malas pour liquid from brass vessels and hold golden conch-like horns over the lingams. A bare-chested man sits in the centre-right foreground. Behind them, a large crowd of devotees fills the terraced steps, with red flags and a concrete wall in the background. Brass bowls and small offering trays sit on the steps.2016-12-18December 02 20102010-12-02A photograph of a stepped courtyard lined with rows of black stone Shivalingam on round yoni-style bases, with red-and-orange flags on posts along the edges. Several women in orange and saffron saris and salwar tunics stand at the left, one bending to tend a lingam, while another woman in orange holds a green water hose and a younger person in orange kurta and dhoti works at the lower right. Behind them, many people in orange and white clothes move across the terraced steps leading down to water. A stone building stands at the upper right.2016-09-19December 14 20162016-12-14A large outdoor photograph of a rectangular stepped pool with a giant black Shivalinga rising from a platform in the centre of the water. Rows of smaller black Shivalinga stones line the stone steps on the near side, and dozens of people in red clothing sit before them. Many wear red and orange garments, some holding small brass vessels or offerings, and several raise hands in prayer. Red-cushioned tiered seating and orange-clad figures walk along a staircase on the left toward the central linga. The site appears to be a ritual abhishekam-style gathering of devotees.2013-11-18September 19 20162016-09-19 +1 copiesDecember 03 20162016-12-03August 05 20102010-08-05December 03 20162016-12-03 +1 copies
