December 12 20092009-12-12December 15 20092009-12-15A photograph of an ashram construction site on dusty ground lined with palm trees. A steel-frame roof structure is being built, with a worker in a dark top climbing its rafters and a man in white clothing standing to the left beside stacked corrugated sheets. Two people in casual clothes walk along the sandy path in the middle distance, and another figure in white stands at right near piled timber. A low white wall, a cement-coloured building with a terracotta roof and a thatched hut lie beyond. No ritual or event is visible, only building work.2007-05-25 +1 copiesA photo of an outdoor construction site at an ashram-like compound. A bare-chested young man in orange-brown shorts climbs a tall bamboo and rope frame that forms a pitched-roof shelter, with a second worker partly visible inside the frame. A man in a white dhoti and shirt stands at left holding his arm up, near a blue barrel and a corrugated sheet. Two men in plain shirts and trousers walk on sandy ground at right. Palm fronds frame the left edge, and a cream two-storey building with terracotta roof and landscaped shrubs sits in the background under a pale sky.2007-05-25 +1 copiesDecember 28 20082008-12-28A photo of an outdoor construction site beside thatched open-sided sheds under tall coconut palms on sandy ground. Two figures stand at the left: a man in white kurta and white dhoti, and a woman in a flowing orange-saffron sari-style garment. Several other men stand near the center and right, one in a white shirt and lungi, others in light shirts and dhotis, with a wooden table holding planks at right. Stacked stone blocks lie along a trench in the foreground. The woman in saffron has no visible crown, rudraksha mala or other strong presentation cues, so she is described only by role and clothing. No candidate meets the appearance threshold for the page's named figure.2009-12-08Outdoor photo of a group of people standing along the white-washed wall of a low thatched-roof building under a clear sky. Most wear white ritual-style clothing; one man in front wears a cream sweater over white and another wears a blue shirt. A woman in a red-and-blue sari stands near the right, and a few people hold small objects. Bare dirt ground, scattered wooden planks and a utility pole with wires are in view. No one is identified as the a person in this scene.2006-12-28September 16 20062006-09-16October 07 20062006-10-07A photograph of an open-sided thatched structure under construction at an outdoor site. A long, low roof of dried straw or thatch rests on a framework of bamboo poles and wooden posts, with diagonal bracing poles leaning against the sides. Beneath the roof, stacked metal pipes or rods lie on crossbeams above a concrete plinth with red earth exposed inside its perimeter. Palm trees and a leafy branch frame the scene, and a small blue structure appears in the background. No people are visible.2007-06-05September 30 20062006-09-30A long, low white-washed mud-block building with a thick thatched roof of dried palm fronds or straw sits on bare, sandy ground under a clear blue sky. A grey cylindrical drum lies on its side near the wall, a small tree grows at the far end, and a tall wooden pole with a wire stands at the left edge beside a red-earth path. No people are visible. The scene is an open rural setting with scrub vegetation in the distance.
