A photograph of a devotional blessing at an ashram. A person in an orange-red turban, orange-red robe and green shawl with bangles raises a hand to touch the forehead of a young girl in a white dress with a rudraksha-style mala; the girl holds a banana. Beside her a smiling woman in a cream sari with a red-orange garland and vibhuti marks watches, and a young boy in a white shirt holds bananas. Behind them stand people in white dhotis and garlanded attire, and a deity murti in purple and gold cloth with gold necklaces is visible at the top left, with green potted plants in the foreground.2015-02-23February 23 20152015-02-23February 22 20152015-02-22February 23 20152015-02-23February 08 20152015-02-08January 30 20152015-01-30A photograph of an indoor devotional gathering. A bare-chested figure in a rust-orange turban and a green-gold shawl leans forward on the left, extending his arm toward a seated man in a white shirt with a long rudraksha mala who bows his head. Behind them, a woman in a cream sari with purple borders holds a banana, and a man in white with a beaded mala stands beside. Green potted plants and a purple cloth frame the scene, with a gold-and-blue draped display behind. Watermarked copyright text appears in the corner. The turbaned figure's appearance is consistent with the page's a person reference, but the cues are not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so he is described by role only.2015-02-23January 31 20162016-01-31December 24 20142014-12-24March 11 20152015-03-11August 22 20152015-08-22A seated man with long swept-back dark hair, bare-shouldered in a rust-orange wrap with a rudraksha mala and gold ornaments, extends his right hand in blessing over the head of a kneeling devotee in white. Behind him are gold ceremonial garments and green foliage. The kneeling devotee in white with a red-bordered cloth and rudraksha beads presses palms together, while a boy in white with a red sash kneels in the foreground and a woman in white with a red shawl watches with hands folded. Other seated people in white and red appear behind. The setting suggests a satsang or darshan blessing. Swamiji (probable): the blessing figure has long hair, orange-red wrap, rudraksha mala and gold adornments, matching the page's claim.2014-12-24
