Behind it a wooden platform is dotted with red flower petals and a silver tray sits at the right edge. Blurred figures in rust-orange clothing are at the top left and top right, with hands visible at the top right; no faces are clearly shown. The scene depicts a homa-style fire with cowdung smoke used for purifying preparations.2017-08-31Photo 11706343July 17 20152015-07-17 +1 copiesJanuary 30 20162016-01-30April 14 20182018-04-14August 31 20172017-08-31 +1 copiesJuly 18 20152015-07-18September 05 20162016-09-05A brick fire pit, its low walls whitewashed along the edges, holds a burning fire of glowing embers and flames with smoke rising. A small brass or steel bowl sits on the right rim of the pit, and two small offering plates with flowers, leaves and colourful garnishes rest on the left side. The setting is dark, with a floor and a red-garmented figure only partly visible at the top. No people are clearly visible in the frame.2016-07-27
