October 06 20152015-10-06A seated man in a rust-red and gold-bordered saffron wrap, with a heavy gold-beaded necklace and rudraksha-style beads, extends his right hand to touch the forehead of a young man with long light-blonde hair tied back. The young man wears a black t-shirt with an orange lanyard and bracelets, and presses his palms together in respect. Behind them a seated woman in white with a long braid and gold necklace, and standing devotees in white and rust-red clothes, are present. The red backdrop, gold ornate throne-side decor and a brass lamp frame the darshan-like blessing.2015-10-06Warm orange-lit photograph of a blessing moment. In the foreground, a bare-shouldered figure in an orange shawl, with a long beaded necklace and gold earrings, reaches forward with an open hand to touch the head of a smiling man in white with an orange shawl. Behind them, another man in white with an orange scarf stands, and more devotees in orange shawls are visible. A red curtain fills the background, and a small white flower-like logo sits at the top left. The photo is taken at a close angle with a soft flash-lit glow.2012-07-20October 20 20132013-10-20 +1 copiesOctober 08 20152015-10-08A photograph of a devotee receiving attention from a robed figure at an indoor event. In the foreground, a person wearing an orange-red turban, an ornate gold-beaded necklace and an orange-yellow garment with gold bangles leans in and holds the chest-area scarf of a bearded young man in white ritual clothing and an orange-red scarf printed with mantras, with a red tilak on his forehead and a red-and-orange wristband. Behind them, several women in white saris and white tops with red-and-white lanyards stand with hands folded in anjali, and an ornate gold-framed mirror and a decorated table appear at right. The person in the turban has long swept-back hair and distinctive ceremonial adornments, which may match the page's description of a person, but the appearance is not certain enough to confirm identity.2015-09-11September 03 20122012-09-03September 05 20122012-09-05July 19 20152015-07-19September 11 20152015-09-11 +1 copiesA seated man in a rust-orange and gold shawl with a heavy gold necklace places both palms on the forehead of a young bearded man in a white t-shirt, who has closed eyes and wears an orange and rudraksha-style mala. Behind them are gilded ornaments, brass oil lamps and a deep red draped backdrop, with a woman in white and other people in white standing at the right. The scene suggests a blessing or energy transmission during a darshan. The seated man is an appearance-based probable Swamiji, identifiable by the long swept-back hair, the gold necklaces and the orange shawl, while the page's photo credit is not shown in the scene.2015-10-06September 11 20152015-09-11
