A man with long dark hair, a red garland of flowers, a gold chain and ochre dhoti holds a small bell in one hand and a glass vessel in the other, performing a puja before a decorated deity murti of a standing figure with golden crown and ornaments. The murti is draped in flower garlands of red, yellow, white and purple, and sits above a mound of red offerings. Behind him, devotees with folded hands stand in white and red saris and white clothes. A tall ochre-clad man in the scene is performing the ritual; he is the main subject and matches the presentation of the Swamiji (probable) cues: long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklace, rudraksha garland, and ochre clothing.2013-01-01 +1 copiesOutdoors beneath a large banyan tree with dense aerial roots, a man in an orange saffron robe with a white garland performs aarti with a lit flame near a dark stone sculpture of a seated sage draped in white cloth and garlanded with yellow, red and white flowers.
