A young boy in a dark blue kurta with a red bindi holds up three red flags on blue poles in an indoor pandal with orange draped fabric and ceiling fans. Each flag bears a printed portrait of a smiling man with a saffron head wrap and long hair; these are printed images on the flags, not physical people. Behind the boy, a bare-chested man in a white dhoti and an orange-clad figure stand near a decorated space with statues and a wheeled structure. The setting suggests temple preparation work for an ashram event.

A seated group of women and girls at a satsang, sitting on red mats on a white floor. Most wear maroon and gold-bordered garments, while several older women wear orange saris and rudraksha malas. A young woman in the centre wears a maroon dress with gold trim and a purple cord, folding an orange cloth. Others sit with hands clasped or look ahead. Some have white vibhuti marks on their foreheads. A green curtain and stage edge appear in the background.

Four men sit cross-legged on a woven straw mat in a hall, working on saffron cloth and bamboo sticks. The man in front left wears a white dhoti and an orange shawl and has a shaved-looking dark head, and bends over the cloth. Beside him a man in white dhoti and orange shawl works with a thread. Behind them, a seated person in orange robes and a rudraksha mala handles bamboo staves, and another person in orange sits at the edge. Scattered on the mat are bamboo poles, orange fabric strips, white cloth, and a pair of scissors. Behind them stand gilded deity murti figures and a brass kalasha, with a framed picture of a violinist on the wall at left. This looks like preparation of ritual items for a training or initiation session.

A dense crowd procession at the Ujjain Kumbh Mela, with many men and some women in white dhotis and saffron-orange garments and red-orange shawls, many holding large red flags with painted figures. A blue canopy with gold trim and tassels rises above the crowd on the right, and a golden barricade lines the route. Many participants wear red-orange sashes and rudraksha or bead necklaces, and several are raising their arms or chanting amid the press of bodies. No individual is clearly identifiable as a specific leader in this view, and no one is confidently identified as a person.

A large white tented hall with a bright red carpet hosts a procession of devotees carrying red flags and colourful umbrellas, including blue and purple parasols with beaded fringes. Many participants wear white, saffron and orange garments, and several carry ornate golden standards. Some people sit on the floor at the left edge. In the foreground a young man in a beige t-shirt holds a red flag, and a woman in a grey top stands nearby. A printed banner at the lower right carries a credit. The scene appears to be a ceremonial walk through the tent during an event

A group of young performers in saffron-orange robes sits cross-legged on a striped mat on a polished floor, playing traditional instruments. Several girls in front blow long brass horns and one plays a small hand drum, while others hold metal bowls and sit with rudraksha malas and gold necklaces. Behind them a woman in orange with a rudraksha mala sits near a gold-framed shrine area, and a wooden door and white wall form the background. Many performers have tilak markings on their foreheads.
