Night outdoor gathering on bare ground beneath strings of multicoloured fairy lights in trees. Seated devotees fill the frame: in the foreground a woman in an orange-bordered sari and a woman in a pale sari with an orange border sit on the ground, and a man with folded hands sits at left. Behind them men in white kurtas and dhotis sit on blue plastic chairs and on the ground, with several standing at right. Parked white vans and a dark SUV stand among the trees.2013-03-10Evening outdoor gathering in front of a white-walled building with a staircase and white railings. A central figure in a saffron-orange robe sits on the steps, with long dark hair, speaking to a seated circle of about twenty people. Most men wear white shirts and white dhotis or trousers, and several wear rudraksha malas; a few women in pale saris and a child sit on the left. The people sit on dusty ground, and a parked silver car is visible at the right edge.2009-02-03August 20 20062006-08-20February 03 20092009-02-03April 17 20112011-04-17A night-time outdoor gathering in which a large crowd of devotees sits on the ground in rows at a homa-style ritual. Most wear white or light clothing, with some women in saffron, green and yellow saris. Small lamps or oil lamps and offerings sit on the ground before them. A bright floodlight and a parked white van are visible in the background, and a few people sit on plastic chairs at the right edge. No individual can be clearly identified as a person; the figures are too distant and dark.2006-09-20February 03 20092009-02-03December 21 20072007-12-21August 20 20062006-08-20Night outdoor scene on a paved courtyard strung with rows of small multicolored fairy lights. A tall figure with long dark hair stands centre-front in a bright orange-saffron dhoti and a red-orange upper cloth, barefoot on the ground, with a long dark mala-style necklace. Around him, roughly a dozen men in white dhotis and white shirts, many wearing orange shawls and beaded necklaces, stand in loose formation looking ahead, while a man in a checked shirt stands at right. A white van and a low white building with lit doorways sit in the background. Appearance-based candidate is a person, given his long hair, saffron clothing and beaded necklace, but the image is ambiguous.2007-12-21Night outdoor photo of a group of about a dozen men seated on woven straw mats and bare ground, facing toward the camera in a semi-circle. Most wear plain white shirts and white dhotis or trousers; one man in the centre wears a white shirt and dhoti, and another at the right wears a white shirt with grey trousers. A shirtless man stands out among them. Behind them are dark walls, a tarpaulin and piled debris. The page describes an evening satsang talk, but no speaker or throne is visible in the frame; the seated group appears to be attentive listeners with hands folded.2010-10-11Night outdoor gathering of men seated in rows on a concrete ground, many in white shirts and white dhotis, listening attentively to a discourse. A man in a red-and-white shawl sits near the front left, and a small child in a yellow shirt sits among the adults. A standing man in a grey shirt watches at the far left edge. Dark trees and a low red-orange wall form the background, with an orange cloth spread on the ground in front of the rows.2013-09-15
