A large hall with cream walls and polished floor holds a group yoga session. Thirty-plus participants sit on coloured mats, arms lifted and legs extended in a boat-pose style, with small dumbbells placed beside them. Most wear white or light clothing; a few wear yellow, and one man in the foreground wears an orange shirt and black shorts. Red curtains line the windows, a folded striped mat stands at left, and framed pictures hang on the walls. Banners with orange and green panels are displayed along the right side. A person in a green shirt watches from the left.

Most wear white or grey trousers and kurta-style clothes; one man on a purple mat in white pants lifts silver dumbbells overhead with bare feet raised. Others on pink, blue and green mats hold weights while reclining, and metal stanchions with chains divide the rows. Folded blankets and plastic chairs line the background wall.
