Around them are ornate silver bowls and trays holding red flowers, saffron-yellow liquid, kumkum-like red powder and small silver vessels with conch-shaped spouts. A golden decorated table surrounds the offerings. At the upper right, seated devotees in white clothes hold their hands folded in namaskar, one wearing a rudraksha mala. The setting appears to be an ashram satsang or puja.2013-02-24Close view of a ritual offering set-up on a gold-embossed tray. Bare feet in the upper left rest on a gold padapuja-style platform, and the feet and orange-robed legs belong to a person seated at the table. Around them stand silver bowls and plates holding milk, white paste, grated or chopped vegetables, rice, vermilion-red petals, and orange powder. A small figure's head appears at the lower-left edge. The scene suggests a padapuja offering of foot-washing and food items, with no clearly visible face identifying anyone.2010-08-04
