March 26 20172017-03-26Night-time outdoor photo of a ceremonial vehicle setup on sandy ground. A white bull statue with red and gold trappings stands on a wooden cart with a gold arched canopy. A figure in orange robes with long braided hair leans over the canopy, while another orange-clad figure with long hair stands beside the cart. Several visitors in yellow, white, red and orange clothing watch and photograph. Gilded ratha-style carts and blue tarpaulins are visible in the background, along with parked cars. Visible people are the two orange-clad figures and about six onlookers, so the count is roughly 6-20 in total, not a single person.2017-03-26March 26 20172017-03-26January 02 20162016-01-02November 20 20102010-11-20Night procession on a dark grassy ground. A golden ornate palanquin-style shrine on a flatbed tractor carries a deity murti adorned with garlands and draped cloth, lit by warm lamps; a red-and-gold canopy tops the shrine. A bare-chested priest in white dhoti stands at the shrine's side, hands raised toward the deity. A man sits in the tractor's driver seat. Ceremonial umbrellas with fringed, sequined canopies stand at left, and robed figures in white and saffron walk alongside.2016-09-01Night photo of a temple procession on a dirt ground. On the left, a golden ornate palanquin-cart with a canopy of garlands sits on a flat gold-trimmed wagon, a deity murti visible inside; a man in saffron/orange robes with a shaved head sits on it with his back to the camera. In the centre, a shirtless man in white dhoti with an orange-bordered cloth and shaved head holds a white plate, facing the palanquin. To the right, a second decorated cart with a multicoloured, embroidered canopy shelters another deity murti, and a woman in a white sari stands nearby. A lamp and a dark sky frame the scene, and a small signboard is visible at the right edge.2011-10-06Night procession at a festival ground lit by flaming torches. A large golden horse statue with a rider draped in orange cloth and garlands sits on a blue cart, while men in white dhotis and maroon-and-gold lungis pull the cart by ropes and poles. Torchbearers hold burning flames at the cart's side, and a man in grey stands on a raised platform near tent awnings with string lights. A devotee in a pink shirt films the scene with a phone at right. The rider is a statue, not a physical person, and no candidate for a person is visibly present.2016-01-02March 02 20172017-03-02Night procession photograph of an illuminated ratha or chariot decorated with white and orange marigold garlands, fairy lights and colourful tassel hangings. On the platform several men stand: one in white dhoti and shawl with a rudraksha mala, another in red-brown robes, and a sannyasi in saffron-orange cloth bending forward with hands raised beside them. Several devotees line the road, some in white with folded hands, a woman in an orange sari, and children. Smoke rises at the right, and a few people stand at the chariot's side. Floral garlands cover the platform's base. The chariot is lit against a dark background with a banner overhead.2016-01-03January 03 20162016-01-03Night procession at a temple-style event. A golden palanquin with a canopy of red and pink flower garlands carries a deity murti, pulled on a brass-trimmed wheeled cart. Behind, a man in a red-and-white patterned shirt and a turban-wearing man in white stand near the cart, with devotees in white and pink and red saris walking alongside. A large multicoloured canopy with pale-blue and red bird motifs and fringed orange trim stands on the right.
