A devotee in saffron-orange cloth with a red garland and gold bangle stands at left, holding a lit oil lamp flame toward a large ornate statue seated on a gold throne. The statue wears a brown robe, a leopard-print shawl, layered gold and beaded necklaces, a maroon turban, and is draped with a dense arrangement of red, orange, purple, yellow and white garlands. A green cloth is wrapped below the figure on the throne. The setting is an outdoor covered area with red and white steps, plants and a hanging decorative tassel. The statue is a depiction, not a living person, and the devotee's identity is not established by appearance.

A photograph of a priest in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl with a red and white garland performing aarti before a gilded deity murti seated on a golden throne with a peacock-shaped arch. The murti wears a crown, gold necklaces, and red and yellow flower garlands over a mint-green cloth. The priest holds a silver lamp with a flame over the figure, while another person's hand holds a tray of red flowers at the lower right. A corrugated roof and a few plants frame the outdoor shrine.

A devotee in a saffron-orange cloth with bare shoulders and a red-and-white garland waves a flaming oil lamp before a large seated statue. The statue wears a red and orange turban, a leopard-print shawl, layered gold necklaces and rudraksha-style beads, and a green skirt. It sits on a golden throne decorated with long garlands of red, purple, yellow and white flowers. Gold bangles adorn the devotee's arm. Behind them is a covered outdoor pavilion with a small coloured pillar. This is an aarti before a statue, not a living person; the statue is a depiction of Swamiji (probable), wearing a turban, saffron clothing and gold necklaces.

A photograph of a temple puja. A man with long dark hair, bare-shouldered and wearing a red-and-gold striped dhoti-style cloth, a gold chain and rudraksha-style beaded necklace, holds a lit flame on a silver lamp (aarti) toward a metal deity murti. The murti is adorned with a gold and red crown, a red silk garment and a white flower garland. Behind it stand tall garlands of yellow, purple, red and white flowers and a gold arched backdrop. The man appears to be a person, based on long swept hair, ceremonial gold necklaces and rudraksha beads, with the murti receiving pada-puja-style worship. Brass and gold ritual implements sit nearby.

A photograph of a devotee in a rust-orange robe standing with bare shoulder and arm, holding flowers, facing a large statue seated on a throne. The statue wears an orange turban, gold necklaces and rudraksha-style beads, a leopard-print shawl, and a green draped cloth; it is heavily garlanded with red, orange, purple, white and yellow flower garlands. Gold-colored ornamental panels frame the throne and a corrugated roof covers the space. The devotee is a physical person; the seated figure is a statue, so no in-person candidate is present. Ritual honouring of a garlanded murti, possibly an abhishekam or puja setting.

A priest in a rust-orange garment with a red and blue garland over his shoulder stands at left, holding a lit flame on a small metal lamp near a tall decorated figure. The figure is a seated statue or murti on a golden throne-like peetha, wearing a red turban, a gold and beaded necklace, a leopard-print shawl over one shoulder, and a dark green draped cloth. Its body is wrapped in dense garlands of red, yellow, white and purple flowers, and a golden arch with a kalasha-like top frames it. The scene is under a corrugated roof with a potted plant behind.

Outdoor temple ritual under a corrugated metal roof: a priest in an orange-brown cloth wrapped over one shoulder and red-and-white beaded necklaces stands with his back partly turned, holding a burning camphor flame on a dish over a silver tray while raising his other hand toward a deity murti. The murti is adorned with a crown, layered garlands of white, red, yellow and orange flowers, a jewelled necklace and a blue cloth. Gold-toned shrine arch and steps surround it, with palm trees and a pool visible beyond.

A bare-chested man with long swept-back dark hair and a full beard stands at left in a rust-red dhoti and shawl, wearing a gold armlet and gold bangles, and holds his hands together in ritual gesture beside a large gold lamp stand. Behind him a gilded deity murti is dressed in silver ornaments and is decorated with dense garlands of white, yellow, red and purple flowers. A tall brass oil lamp stands in front of the shrine, and a golden throne-like seat with a red cushion sits nearby, with a painted backdrop of a temple tower and hills behind. This appears to be a puja or aarti at an altar. Swamiji (probable): the bare-chested figure with long swept-back hair, gold armlet and bangles, and red-orange ceremonial clothing is an appearance-based candidate for Swamiji, performing the ritual.
