Photograph of a large crowd standing waist-deep in a tiered stone water tank, with fountain jets spraying at left. A central ornate golden throne draped in flower garlands and marigolds sits on a raised red platform in the water. A seated figure in orange robes with a white-and-red garland rests on the throne, with a red-robed attendant beside him and a trident-style staff standing at left. Many people in white and light clothing reach up with hands raised around the platform, some holding small brass vessels. Red-tiered steps and potted plants with a row of black seats fill the background. A dark-clothed figure in white stands on the steps at right.
