A photograph of two men in close, intimate contact on a stage with a golden throne and red-and-white floral backdrop. The man on the right wears a white turban, a white long-sleeved garment, and a white and red floral garland, and he holds the shoulders of the man on the left, who has short hair and wears a white collared shirt, bending forward with hands pressed together near the chest. A gold ornate chair with a red fabric covering sits behind them.2009-06-22June 22 20092009-06-22Close photograph of a smiling man in a pale cream silk turban and white kurta, a white flower garland with red roses and green leaves draped over his shoulders, a gold ornamental necklace at his chest, and a red tilak on his forehead. He looks down at a folded paper held in his hands. Beside him, a younger man in a blue shirt with a rudraksha mala has his hand raised toward the first man's head, appearing to bless or touch him. Golden decorations and flowers fill the background. The page does not indicate a person is present, so no candidate is identified.2009-06-22A photograph of an indoor event at night under bright ceiling lights. A bearded man in an orange sleeveless top and a long white floral garland stands at left, his hands on the head of a seated devotee in a cream short-sleeved shirt who leans forward with eyes closed. Behind them, out of focus, another person in light clothing and a red-and-white flower arrangement fill the foreground at left. The figure in orange has long, swept-back dark hair and a full beard, with distinctive saffron clothing and a garland, which are visible appearance cues, but his face is partly in shadow and his identity cannot be confirmed from the image itself, so he is labelled only as a probable Swamiji by appearance. The scene suggests a blessing being given to a devotee, with a sandalwood-coloured tilak mark visible on the figure in orange.2010-02-07A photograph of a hotel meeting room with a red patterned carpet and beige striped wall. A man in an orange-red turban and orange-red robe with gold border, wearing a garland of pink and red flowers, leans in smiling and places his hands on the forehead and head of a seated man in a white shirt with closed eyes. In the background a standing man in white kurta has his hands raised, and a potted plant and bed with white bedding are visible. The orange-clad figure has long dark hair and distinctive ceremonial attire, a probable match to the a person cues, though appearance is not certain.2004-08-21August 02 20092009-08-02February 07 20102010-02-07Photograph inside a metal-roofed hall with yellow steel framing and fluorescent lights. A man in a white turban with gold border and white dhoti with gold-bordered shawl, wearing a white jasmine garland, places his hands on the head of a man in a white shirt who wears a rudraksha mala and a gold bracelet, bending his head forward. Jasmine garlands hang at the left edge beside a blue curtain. Another person in white stands in the background.2005-08-07June 22 20092009-06-22A seated man in a white turban and white embroidered-looking long kurta, adorned with a white flower garland and a red floral sash, places his hand on the head of a younger man bending forward in a white collared shirt with a yellow lanyard ID badge and a dark beaded mala. The seated figure sits on a red striped cushioned throne in front of a gold-and-red decorated backdrop with a gilded deity murti at upper right, orange marigolds and a brass vessel nearby. Appears to be a blessing or darshan moment.2009-06-22August 07 20052005-08-07July 01 20162016-07-01
