February 07 20102010-02-07A photograph of an indoor gathering in dim, warm light. A person with long dark swept-back hair and an orange sleeveless top smiles while placing both hands on the head of a man with short hair who is bowing forward. The man wears a white loose shirt. Behind them, seated people in yellow and white clothing watch, and a plastic bottle sits at the lower edge.2010-02-04February 07 20102010-02-07A photograph of an indoor event at night under bright ceiling lights. A bearded man in an orange sleeveless top and a long white floral garland stands at left, his hands on the head of a seated devotee in a cream short-sleeved shirt who leans forward with eyes closed. Behind them, out of focus, another person in light clothing and a red-and-white flower arrangement fill the foreground at left. The figure in orange has long, swept-back dark hair and a full beard, with distinctive saffron clothing and a garland, which are visible appearance cues, but his face is partly in shadow and his identity cannot be confirmed from the image itself, so he is labelled only as a probable Swamiji by appearance. The scene suggests a blessing being given to a devotee, with a sandalwood-coloured tilak mark visible on the figure in orange.2010-02-07A man with long dark hair, wearing an orange sleeveless top and a white-and-orange shawl draped over his shoulders with a white and yellow flower garland, places his hands on the forehead and head of a younger man in a white kurta and orange dhoti. Both stand close together in a hall with a dark wooden ceiling and fluorescent lights. Behind them, a crowd of devotees, several women in saris, watches; a red flower garland hangs at the left edge beside a gold-coloured object. Swamiji (probable): the long-haired man wears an orange top and garland with long swept hair, a clothing cue consistent with the page, so he is marked as in_person.2010-02-07February 07 20102010-02-07November 18 20102010-11-18 +2 copiesA photograph of two men in close contact in an indoor hall. A man in an orange sleeveless top and orange shawl, with long wavy dark hair, holds the forehead of a seated man in a white shirt with eyes closed, cradling the back of his head with his other hand. A rudraksha mala is visible at the neck of the man in white. In the blurred background a woman in a dark red top sits near a gold cloth. The gesture resembles a blessing or forehead touch during darshan. a person candidate appearance uncertain; described by role.2009-12-17A seated man in an orange-saffron garment with a white jasmine garland and a red-and-white flower garland places his right hand on the crown of a shorter man's head while his left hand rests on the chest of a man in a white kurta. The garland-wearer has long swept-back dark hair, a red bindi and gold ornaments, and sits before a red-cushioned gold throne-like seat decorated with flowers. The man in white, with short dark hair, bows forward receiving the blessing. A partly visible person in white stands at the right edge, and a yellow curtain forms the backdrop. Swamiji (probable) is present in appearance, given his long hair, saffron clothing, ornate gold necklace and throne, and the page identifies Swamiji at this event. The scene shows a blessing or pada pooja-style ritual on a dais.2010-02-07September 12 20092009-09-12 +1 copiesA close photograph of a smiling man with long dark hair, eyes closed, wearing a saffron-orange shawl draped over his shoulders and a thick white and deep red flower garland around his neck.
