Outdoor photo at a stepped tank of water with a large ornate fountain spout at left spraying water. A decorated palanquin draped in yellow and orange marigold garlands sits at the water's edge. A seated figure in orange-saffron robes sits on a raised orange cushion within the palanquin, with a golden kalasha-style ornament and flowers on top of the structure. Behind them, a dense crowd stands waist-deep in the water, many in white and light clothing. Seated and standing white-clad devotees line red-tiered steps and a concrete building stands at right.
