Outdoor photo of a floral-decorated golden throne platform set at the edge of a stone-stepped water tank, with a fountain spray at left. A man in long dark hair and orange robes sits on a red-cushioned golden throne wrapped in garlands of yellow, orange and purple flowers, with a white-and-red beaded garland at his neck. Beside the throne, a second man in orange robes sits on an orange-draped platform, and a trident stands upright at the front. A large crowd of devotees in white and yellow clothes, some with yellow shawls, fills the water and steps; many onlookers sit on the tiered red steps behind them, with a watermarked credit at lower right.

A man with long dark hair sits on an ornate golden throne with red cushions, draped in a white and orange garment, wearing a garland of white and orange flowers. The throne is decorated with marigolds and flower arrangements. Two attendants in orange robes stand beside him, one holding a long golden staff and a trident. Behind, many people stand in the water and crowd the tank steps, with more seated on the terraced steps in white clothing, some with hands raised in prayer. A water spray arcs at left. Swamiji (probable): the seated man has long hair and a flower garland over orange-trimmed white clothing and sits on a throne, the usual presentation cues for a sannyasi seated in honour.2010-01-02 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesCrowded outdoor holy dip at a stepped stone tank. A man in an ornate gold-framed throne seat with red cushions sits centrally, wearing an orange garment and a red and white flower garland, flanked by two attendants in orange robes standing at the throne's sides. The throne is decorated with marigold and yellow flower garlands and green foliage. Dozens of devotees wade waist-deep in the water, some in white and some in saffron and yellow clothing, raising hands and holding brass pots and trays. Spectators in white and colourful saris line the red steps above, and a trident-shaped staff stands near the platform. This appears to be a holy dip in the sacred waters of Vaidya Sarovar. The man on the throne is a probable Swamiji, identified by the long hair, saffron garment and ornamental throne setting, though the appearance is uncertain.2010-01-02 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesJanuary 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesA photograph of a ceremonial dais set in water at a stepped tank, with a figure seated on an ornate gold-and-red throne (peetha) framed by a golden arched backrest.
