Outdoor photograph of a large black stone Shiva lingam with yellow and orange marigold garlands, rising from a tiered water basin with spraying water jets. Many devotees, mostly in white clothes, stand waist-deep in a pool, some raising hands. On the tiered red steps beside the pool, a seated figure on a decorated golden throne with a canopy and floral garlands receives the crowd; a figure in saffron clothing with long hair is visible on the throne, a person candidate, though appearance is uncertain. Other white-clad people sit on the steps and a concrete building stands behind.
