Outdoor photo of a large black Shiva lingam with white horizontal stripes and a white marking, set on a black yoni-shaped base at the centre of a tank. It is decorated with marigold garlands in yellow, orange and green. Water jets spray from the lingam and the base. Hundreds of people stand waist-deep in the water, many in white clothing, and many more in white on the red-brick tiered steps behind. On the left, a flower-decorated palanquin with yellow and green garlands sits near the steps. Several people in orange and saffron robes stand among the crowd. A large tree and a multi-storey building are in the background under a pale sky.
