A seated man with long swept-back dark hair, wearing saffron-orange robes, a thick rudraksha mala and a long beaded necklace, sits cross-legged on a yellow-draped low platform while extending his hand to a young boy in a white t-shirt who is reaching toward him, with fruit (mangoes) in a wicker basket beside him. A bald man in orange robes and rudraksha beads stands behind the boy, and a woman in an orange sari with a beaded necklace stands at right. Others in white shirts with lanyards and red shawls stand at left in an indoor hall, with a colourful altar visible through the doorway. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long hair, saffron robes and rudraksha malas, but appearance cues are the basis of this label.2015-07-07June 24 20142014-06-24 +1 copiesJune 18 20102010-06-18Photograph of a seated teacher in a red-brown and gold saffron-toned robe with a rudraksha mala and a pendant necklace, wearing a headset microphone and white tilak marks, seated on a brown leather throne. A young blonde child in a white t-shirt with a saffron shawl stands at left, offering a wooden tray holding apples, lemons and a white sweet. Devotees in saffron and white sit behind, a bald attendant in the lower left foreground, and a silver trident-topped staff stands at right. The hall has wooden slatted walls and a crowd of onlookers.2016-02-16 +1 copiesJune 27 20142014-06-27July 01 20142014-07-01Indoor photo of a devotee exchange at an ashram-style hall with striped festoon banners hanging above. An elderly woman in an orange sari with a brown blouse receives a fruit offering from a man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a long swept-back hairstyle; the man, possibly Swamiji (probable) given the long hair, orange robes, and rudraksha mala, is smiling and holding a silver tray of bananas wrapped in plastic. Another orange-robed monk stands behind him, and a man in orange on the right holds the tray. Women in white and orange garments watch on the left, some with palms pressed together. The swamiji candidate's appearance is consistent with several cues, so the swamiji value is in_person.2011-01-22May 14 20132013-05-14A seated man in a rust-red dhoti and rudraksha mala, with a gold-bordered orange shawl, extends his hands to offer a red fruit to a woman in a red sari with a red-and-white flower garland. Other devotees kneel and stand around a flower-decorated tray, and a white-clad man with a rudraksha necklace and a dark-haired woman in red and gold look on. Children with folded hands and elderly women with raised palms watch, some clapping, in a home setting during a house visit.2014-06-24 +2 copiesPhotograph of a devotee-house pratyaksha pada puja.
