In the foreground, a smiling man in white kneels and reaches toward a tray of bananas held by a priest in orange robes and an orange turban, with a box of bananas beside it. Standing behind him, a group of men and a woman look on; a bare-headed man in white dhoti and a shawl stands at centre, and two priests wear white dhotis with gold borders, rudraksha malas and white tilak markings. A priest at left wears orange robes and a rudraksha mala. The scene suggests a devotee receiving prasad. No figure is clearly identifiable as a person.2014-11-22Indoor event photograph with a man in white shirt holding a brass tray of bananas and a folded red cloth toward a figure in saffron-orange robes and a long rudraksha mala with red-brown beads, who has long swept-back hair and a bracelet, and smiles while another man in a white shirt stands nearby. Several other men stand around, one in a checked shirt, one with palms pressed together, and a bald man in white dhoti with an orange shawl at right edge. Orange and yellow decorative tassels hang from the ceiling behind them. Swamiji (probable): the saffron-robed figure with long swept-back hair and rudraksha mala fits the distinctive presentation cues, shown in person receiving offerings.2011-02-28
