Outdoor group meditation or satsang seated beneath a large banyan tree with spreading aerial roots. In the foreground a woman with a white forehead mark and a blue-and-white striped top sits with eyes closed, wearing an orange shawl. Centre-frame, a man with dark hair, a red bindi and white shirt wears an orange shawl over a green-bordered garment and a purple and red rudraksha-style mala, hands resting in his lap with eyes closed. Around them devotees in orange and white meditate, and a woman in glasses and a teal top sits on the left. Several people are seated in the background.2012-04-30April 30 20122012-04-30April 27 20122012-04-27A photograph of outdoor meditation. In the foreground, a man with swept-back dark hair and a red bindi sits with eyes closed, wearing an orange shawl over his shoulders and a long rudraksha mala draped across his chest. Behind him, a seated man in a white robe with a yellow shawl sits with hands in his lap, and at right an older man with reddish-grey hair and a white robe sits with eyes closed. A bamboo fence, a tin-roofed white building and palm trees form the background. Probable Swamiji cues: the foreground figure has swept-back hair, orange shawl and rudraksha mala, and the page says he is present, so he is labelled Swamiji (probable) as a seated meditator.2010-08-02 +1 copiesA photograph of a man in the foreground wearing an orange shawl draped over his head and shoulders, with eyes closed, white vibhuti-style tilak and a red dot on the forehead, and a rudraksha mala hanging across his chest. Behind him to the left, a man in white clothes with an orange shawl also keeps his eyes closed. Further back, a bald man in white and a seated figure in white sit in a blurred outdoor setting with trees. The scene suggests meditation or ritual sitting outdoors.2010-07-29July 20 20102010-07-20July 20 20102010-07-20A procession outdoors among green trees: a central man with long dark hair, a red tilak on his forehead and an orange saffron wrap, walks with eyes lowered. Beside him a young man in white holds a wooden pole under an orange and gold canopy, and to the right a man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala holds a red flower and orange garland. Other men in white shirts and orange shawls and a few women stand behind them. Some people in the background are partially visible.2008-08-07July 19 20102010-07-19A photograph of a person walking outdoors on a paved path, with a red bindi on the forehead, dark hair swept back, and a saffron-orange garment draped over the shoulder with a red border, worn with a long rudraksha mala. Behind him, a man in a white dhoti and sleeveless top wears a thin chain and holds a small object, while several men in white shirts and white dhotis stand with palms pressed together in anjali mudra as if greeting. The person in front wears the Swamiji (probable) cues of saffron clothing, rudraksha mala and swept-back hair, consistent with being the central figure of the scene. Several people are visible.2011-02-02Outdoor group meditation under a large tree.
