A photograph taken from behind a metal railing looking down into a temple hall. In the foreground, a person with long dark dreadlocks faces away from the camera. Below, a man in an orange saffron garment and a gold necklace sits cross-legged on a red cloth, hands joined over his lap, while another seated figure in white with a red-trimmed cloth sits behind him. Further back, a figure in orange stands near a doorway, and a red digital clock shows the time on the wall. The scene suggests a temple or ritual setting with red floor coverings and cream-coloured walls.2016-05-15A photograph taken from behind a railing at an upper level of a temple hall with a red carpet. In the foreground, a person with very long black dreadlocked hair, seen from behind, faces the scene. Behind him sits another person in white ritual clothing. Further back, a figure in orange stands near a dark doorway, and a red digital clock on the wall shows numbers. Red and gold ornamental details decorate the lower corner.2016-05-15A photograph taken from behind a metal railing of a temple interior. In the foreground, a person with very long black dreadlocked hair faces away from the camera. In the centre, a man in an orange saffron robe and a gold necklace sits on a red mat with his head bowed and hands joined in front of him. A second man in white ritual clothing sits behind him on the right. Beyond them, a small deity murti and a red digital clock on a wall are visible, along with pink-walled architecture. Other people wearing orange clothing stand near the back. The seated figure in orange has distinctive long swept hair? Not visible; his head is shaved. The orange-robed figure is a priest-like devotee; the appearance cues are insufficient to confirm a person.2016-05-15May 15 20162016-05-15May 15 20162016-05-15A photograph of a seated man in saffron-orange robes sitting on a red patterned rug inside a hall with gold-coloured statues of animals behind him. He wears long dark hair, multiple strands of beaded necklaces and a gold-toned pendant, and rests his hands in his lap. Metal barrier railings and a blue chain in the foreground separate the viewer from the seated figure. Behind him sits a second person in orange, and a few other people are partially visible at the left edge. Orange drapery hangs on a stand to the right. The man is an appearance-based probable candidate for a person, identified by his long swept hair, saffron clothing and layered beaded and gold necklaces, while the page indicates his presence at this event.2008-12-31September 11 20112011-09-11July 15 20162016-07-15A photograph inside a temple hall with red carpet runner between steel railings. In the centre, a shaven-headed man in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala walks barefoot along the carpet toward the viewer. Behind him stands a large deity murti with garlands and a red-and-green backdrop. To the right, another saffron-robed man with a rudraksha mala walks away, and on the left a woman in white and orange and a man in white ritual dress stand near the railings. Red curtains frame the hall.2011-09-24Photo 111696362006-10-06A seated figure in orange saffron robes sits cross-legged on a raised orange cushion atop a low wooden platform in an open courtyard. He wears a long black rudraksha mala draped over his chest, long dark hair swept back, and has his hands folded in his lap in meditation. A brass kalasha-style vessel with a small red flower stands on the floor to his left, and the tiled courtyard is backed by red brick walls and a red pillar. Blurred heads of seated audience members occupy the lower foreground. The appearance-based identity of the central figure is uncertain, and the page does not confirm his presence.2011-06-05February 09 20122012-02-09
