Many wear white shirts and dhotis, some in checked shirts and trousers, and one man in the foreground in a cream shirt raises his hand in greeting. Palm trees and a decorated gateway with a red and gold arch stand at the left and centre, and a black SUV is parked at the right edge. No identifiable a person figure is visible in the scene.2012-11-27Outdoor photo on a dusty ground in front of a thatched-roof shelter and a hill covered in green trees. A man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl with a gold bracelet walks forward at the front, while a crowd of men in white dhotis and shirts, and a few in checked shirts and trousers, stand and gather around. A small boy in a checkered shirt is among them. A tall red ceremonial structure with white symbols stands in the background near the hill, with orange flags on poles at left and a bus at right. Several people hold papers or flyers.2008-08-03A large crowd of devotees stands in long lines on a paved courtyard in daylight, waiting for a meal distribution at an outdoor event. Men and women in everyday clothes fill the foreground: a man in a blue shirt and maroon lungi, a woman in a teal sari holding a Sriram bag, another in a green salwar, and a boy in a checked shirt. A hillside with palm trees rises behind a red-and-orange roofed building, and a small shrine-like structure with a decorated arch stands in the distance. No identifiable a person figure is clearly visible.2012-11-27November 27 20122012-11-27A photograph of a crowd of men queuing outdoors beneath a tented food stall with striped bunting in red, green, yellow, purple and blue. Many men wear white dhotis and white shirts, while others wear checked or striped shirts and trousers. Palm fronds and wooden poles frame the stall, and a Tamil-language sign hangs at the top left. A forested hill rises in the background, and a man in the foreground holds a white plastic bag. No recognisable a person figure is visible, so the scene shows only devotees waiting for annadan-style food distribution.2012-11-27November 27 20122012-11-27January 06 20132013-01-06November 27 20122012-11-27 +1 copiesMarch 03 20072007-03-03
