The frame is ornately gilded, draped with orange, white, red and green garlands and rudraksha beads at the bottom corners. Red-cushioned chairs with gilt carved armrests sit in front of the frame against a dark curtain. The printed portrait shows a seated figure in saffron-orange robes with a long beaded necklace, one hand raised in blessing, against a backdrop of large tree roots. A flower decoration sits at the top of the frame. Behind the seat are brass lamps and a red curtain in a temple setting. The printed caption at the bottom of the portrait reads Paramahamsa Nithyananda, which is attributed to the printed caption. No physical people are visible in the scene.2010-10-01
