In the centre, a robed figure in orange sits on a low seat before a fire pit and a row of small lit oil lamps and offering plates arranged on the floor. Behind the central figure stands a decorated deity murti with garlands on an orange-draped platform, and a row of seated people sits on chairs near the front. Some devotees sit with their hands together, others attend quietly. A tent canopy and terraced greenery appear beyond the courtyard wall.2012-07-21Photo 11732567Photo 11733326Photo 11730556April 30 20122012-04-30 +2 copiesOutdoor ritual gathering in a courtyard with a seated priest in white dhoti and shawl with gold border, back to the camera, performing a ceremony at a low stone platform.
