Outdoor photo of a line of women standing along a covered walkway beside a white table set with a brass vessel, a tray of flowers, a small bowl and a plate of offerings. Most women wear white or cream saris with gold borders and rudraksha malas, and some wear small badges on their clothing. A woman on the left stands with hands folded and another in pink-and-white sari holds hands in prayer. Behind them a crowd of onlookers and men in white shirts and trousers stand near white columns, palm trees and green shrubbery. The scene suggests a ceremonial reception line, though no specific event is named in the image itself.2005-12-02A photograph of a row of six young women in colourful saris standing in a white arcaded courtyard before a purple-draped table.
