Many women wear white saris with yellow or gold borders and some wear white kurtas, with rudraksha or beaded necklaces visible. They sit cross-legged on the floor in rows with hands resting in their laps. In the foreground, small plates hold yellow flower petals and offerings, and a strip of colourful flower garlands lines the front edge.
