Inside, a deity murti stands dressed in blue and orange-red garments with a long garland of red and white flowers, flanked by a smaller golden figure. A priest with a shaved head, wearing a white dhoti with a gold border and a sacred thread, walks at the left carrying a silver bowl with a green leaf and offerings toward the shrine. Brass lamps and flower offerings sit on the stone platform, and a yellow-garlanded metal grille and trees appear at the right. The scene suggests a puja or abhishekam at the shrine.2011-08-19 +1 copiesTwo priests perform puja at a stone shrine with golden arches and garlanded deity murtis. On the left, a man in an orange-saffron dhoti and gold necklace sits holding a brass plate, while a shirtless priest in a white dhoti with a rudraksha-style mala sits beside him, burning incense on a red tray. Behind them stand two colourfully dressed deity figures under orange drapery, with a small figure in a red garment at right. Brass oil lamps flank the central golden kalasha-like shrine, which is decorated with red and yellow flower garlands. Red-and-white striped pillars and a purple cloth mat complete the temple scene.2011-11-01
