Central is a large life-size cardboard cutout of a smiling bearded man in an orange-and-gold turban with a gold ornate necklace, garlanded with red, pink and yellow flower garlands, held up by a devotee. Around it, shaved-headed young men in saffron-orange dhotis and rudraksha malas carry a flower-filled brass tray, with white sandalwood or ash markings on their foreheads and arms. A man in a white shirt plays a wind instrument in the foreground. A golden umbrella canopy with colourful tassels overhead. The cutout is a depiction, not a physical presence.2018-12-22December 22 20182018-12-22December 22 20182018-12-22December 24 20152015-12-24
