Around the pit lie short strands of thread or cord, a small brass vessel sits at the right edge, and a multicoloured woven mat lies on the ground. At the upper left a figure in white cloth rests against a yellow cushion, partly out of frame. The scene appears to be a homa or yagna fire during ritual. No people are clearly facing the camera and the fire is the main subject.2009-10-15August 14 20182018-08-14A large open fire burns at night against a dark background, with tall orange and yellow flames rising from a homa fire pit in the foreground.
