A large black Shiva lingam with horizontal white tripundra markings stands on a tiered black pedestal in a water-filled pool, with water streaming from its sides. A man in an orange-red dhoti or wrap stands at its base, bending toward the stone. Several people in white dhotis and white garments stand around the pedestal and along the pool's edge, some with hands folded. Gold-framed arches flank the base, potted plants sit on the platform, and a red-and-white striped border frames the platform. Behind, a multi-storey red building stands beside tiered stone seating and red flags.
