On the left, a person in orange robes stands near the fire holding up an object. On the right, several people in white and light clothing stand in a loose group, one holding a bright handheld light, and a figure in a dark cap and red-orange garments is visible at the edge. The scene reads as an outdoor night ritual fire; the page links it to a Kartheekai Deepam light celebration, but no a person candidate can be confidently identified by appearance.2010-11-21Night outdoor scene at a temple procession: a large bonfire of dry sticks and branches blazes in the foreground on a dirt ground while men in cream and tan clothing stand around it, one holding a long stick. Behind, a seated figure on a red-cushioned throne wears an orange garment and garland, flanked by attendants and a red and yellow umbrella overhead. Ornate decorative standards and strings of lights hang in the background among a crowd of devotees, some in orange and white robes.2010-11-21Night photo of a large open-fire ritual on bare ground. A tall bright fire blazes in the foreground. Behind it, a robed figure in orange-maroon clothing stands near the flames, and a line of people in white dhotis, white shirts and mixed clothing stand and watch along the right. On the left, several robed figures in maroon stand near a raised golden canopy or throne-like structure with a seated figure and a golden arch behind. A tall pole and a multicoloured canopy fabric appear at the upper right.2016-03-02March 02 20212021-03-02A large bonfire of dry palm fronds and grass burns at night on bare ground, sending sparks upward into the dark sky. To the left, a woman in an orange sari stands at a distance with one arm raised. To the right, several people in white dhotis and shawls stand near the fire, one holding a bright flashlight. A small lamp flame glows at the lower left edge. The scene suggests a ritual fire lit at night outdoors.2010-11-21March 02 20162016-03-02 +2 copiesNight outdoor scene around a blazing fire pit on the ground. A woman in orange-red clothing sits at left, leaning toward the flames with her hands near the fire, apparently tending an offering. Several seated participants in darker and light clothing sit in a loose circle behind the fire, including a man in a light shirt at right. A small child in orange appears at far left edge, and a lit lantern hangs at upper right. The fire lights faces and cloth in warm orange tones against dark surroundings.2005-05-25
