Photograph inside a temple shrine with a gilded arched frame, green cloth backdrop and a decorated altar holding a silver-framed object, a lit oil lamp and a shiva lingam-like object wrapped in garlands. Two standing priests in saffron and orange robes face the altar from behind; the foreground figure wears an orange head cloth, gold-edged saffron dress, beaded necklaces and bangles, while the other wears a saffron shawl, orange wrap and bracelets, one arm raised toward the altar. Along the lower altar sit lion and cobra carvings flanking lit brass lamps, and devotees' heads are visible at the bottom edge.

Photograph of a temple ritual at a shrine with a gilded arched frame and green curtain behind it. A priest in orange robes and an orange headcloth, with white sacred ash marks on his arm, faces the altar and raises a lit lamp toward the central linga and offerings. Two attendants in orange and yellow dhotis stand to his left. The altar holds decorated deity murtis with beaded garlands, a pair of carved golden lions and a multi-hooded naga figure, and brass oil lamps burn at the base. Devotees are seen in the foreground, partly obscured. This appears to be an abhishekam or aarti in progress.

Photo of a homa ritual at an outdoor tent-style venue. In the foreground a fire pit with blue-draped top and flames burns below a tall, ornately decorated kalasha-like structure garlanded with yellow and red flowers and topped with a golden canopy. Two priests in white dhotis with orange-gold shawls stand at left, one holding an oil lamp and one in a patterned sash. At right two men in white dhotis and orange-gold shawls speak into microphones. A golden peetha-style frame and a deity murti draped in flower garlands stand behind them, with a golden ornamental arch above.

A man in a rust-brown dhoti and draped cloth, wearing a red and white flower garland and a gold chain, stands at a golden pillar holding a silver lamp or ritual vessel over a flame in a shrine. A second man in orange clothing stands behind him at left. Beside them, a deity murti is decorated with a gold-and-silver embroidered blue and orange cloth, floral garlands and ornaments, seated on a striped throne-like cushion. Red cloth draped over a shrine structure, brass bowls of offerings sit in the foreground, and a brass lamp stands at right. The setting appears to be a temple or puja room with red carpeting.

Two priests in ritual dress perform worship before a decorated deity murti set on a stepped altar with a golden arch behind it. The murti wears red and white garlands and a gold chest ornament, and marigold garlands drape the altar steps. The priest in front, bare-chested with a saffron-red dhoti and shawl, leans forward and tends to the lamps. The second priest, in a white dhoti and red cloth with a gold border, stands at the left holding a small bowl. A tall brass multi-tiered oil lamp stand with lit wicks stands in front of the altar, flanked by two large gold ornamental fan-shaped standards on golden draped curtains. Brass lamps are visible at the edges. Looks like a puja before a deity murti.

A photograph inside a temple hall showing a priest in white dhoti and shawl raising a lit lamp, a mula-like ornate palanquin with a red and gold canopy draped in garlands of orange and pink flowers, and a gilded deity figure seated within. Several devotees in saffron and orange robes with rudraksha malas stand with palms pressed together and heads bowed, one with a shaved head and another with long hair, while a bearded man in orange at right joins his hands in prayer. Orange marigold garlands hang from the ceiling and a golden-brown stone wall forms the backdrop.

A photograph of a temple ritual before a garlanded deity shrine. A bare-chested priest in an orange-and-white dhoti stands at center, extending his arm toward a brass tray of fruit and flowers placed on a covered altar. Behind him, a seated white-bearded man with folded hands and a bare-chested man in white dhoti look on. Large murtis with flower garlands, one holding a sword, stand in the background beside a maroon-clad figure. Brass lamps, a kalasha-style vessel and bells line the right side, and a fire glows at the base of the altar. Rows of devotees with folded hands and raised palms fill the lower foreground, and a few hold phones.
