Photo 11710171March 05 20172017-03-05Wide outdoor photo of a large crowd gathered on a dusty open ground at a Bidadi ashram-style event, many people dressed in white and some in saffron, orange and pink saris. Saffron and orange flags fly on poles, and banana plants and decorated arches line the scene, with low white buildings and trees in the hazy background. A woman in an orange sari and a woman in a blue sari walk in the foreground, with children nearby. No figure is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance, so no candidate is marked.2008-01-01December 16 20172017-12-16May 17 20072007-05-17December 30 20062006-12-30December 16 20172017-12-16February 15 20172017-02-15Photo 11710124A large outdoor procession on dusty ground in the late day haze, with a dense crowd of devotees mostly dressed in white. Orange and red flags rise above the heads, and several decorated umbrellas and ceremonial canopies in red, blue and yellow are carried along the route. Many men wear white dhotis and kurtas, women wear white or pink saris and salwar kameez, and a woman at right wears a white sari with a blue head covering. A man in the foreground at right has a bare, reddish, bearded appearance and wears white. Further back, the crowd continues past low buildings and palm trees toward a decorated tent or float structure. The scene suggests a public gathering moving together in a procession.2008-01-01December 31 20162016-12-31March 08 20052005-03-08
