Many sit before banana leaves set with small offerings, cups and fruit. At the far end, a figure in red sits on an ornate gold throne with a gold canopy, flanked by standing attendants in white. A striped woven runner lies down the aisle. Framed portraits hang on the side walls, and a photo collage is mounted at right. Participants fold their hands in prayer. An attendee wearing a white robe stands near the throne, and the scene is a seated assembly before a throne. The image is a photo of the gathering, with the seated figure on the throne appearing as a candidate whose identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone.2017-09-19
