A central man in a rust-red sleeveless tunic and draped dhoti walks barefoot with eyes closed, wearing long dark braided hair, a white vertical tilak on his forehead, a gold necklace and a long rudraksha mala across his chest. Behind him a young attendant in an orange-saffron dhoti and leopard-print headwrap and shawl holds a tall gold pole supporting a large multicoloured canopy with red and orange tassels. Several other attendants in orange robes, rudraksha malas and white body markings walk alongside, and trees and reddish buildings stand in the background.2018-01-01September 29 20162016-09-29A festive procession walks along a red carpet under an open pavilion with a striped umbrella and decorated canopies. At the centre, a smiling figure with long dark hair and a red-brown dhoti and shawl wears a thick multicoloured flower garland and a gold pendant, and is shielded by a red, yellow and blue ceremonial umbrella held by a man in white. Behind and beside him, several people in saffron-orange robes with gold borders carry a silver vessel with green leaves and a kalasha-style pot. A child in orange holds a small offering. Several men in white dhotis and shawls follow, along with a row of devotees in orange and red. Palm trees and a shaded roof frame the scene.2016-01-03December 28 20082008-12-28December 23 20162016-12-23Photo 11701689 +3 copiesJanuary 16 20162016-01-16 +1 copiesFebruary 13 20162016-02-13January 11 20172017-01-11February 28 20132013-02-28
