In the foreground, young men and women in saffron-orange cloth and rudraksha malas sit on orange mats beside hand drums (dhol-style) and a long brass horn, several with white tilak marks on their foreheads. Behind them, rows of people in white and orange attire face forward toward an unseen stage, under hanging decorative banners and ceiling lights. The scene appears to be a satsang or ritual gathering with musicians seated among the audience.2018-05-27Photo 11704534September 06 20162016-09-06 +1 copiesA seated assembly of devotees fills a hall, many sitting cross-legged on mats in front of rows of chairs. In the foreground, a bald man on the left wears an orange cloth over his shoulder and a rudraksha mala, and a man on the right wears a white dhoti with gold border and a long reddish braided shawl. Several people in orange and saffron robes with rudraksha malas and vibhuti marks on their foreheads are chanting with open mouths. A man in a white kurta with a red lanyard sits centre, and a marigold garland lies on the floor. Behind them, participants in white kurtas with red shawls and name badges sit in rows. A poster hangs on the wall at the top right.2016-02-21
