A golden statue of a seated guru figure in a meditative pose with legs crossed, right hand raised in blessing and left hand resting on the knee. The figure wears a rust-red turban decorated with white shell-like trim and a jewelled brooch, a red-brown robe, a thick layered necklace of rudraksha beads, a gold-and-diamond necklace, a jewelled waist belt and a gold-bordered sash. Large garlands of marigolds, roses and white jasmine frame the statue on both sides against a green draped backdrop, with a green brocade cushion beneath. This is a statue depiction, not a living person.2015-04-25 +1 copiesPhoto 11694024June 12 20182018-06-12January 05 20152015-01-05April 30 20152015-04-30December 19 20132013-12-19 +1 copiesDecember 26 20152015-12-26November 21 20182018-11-21November 30 20172017-11-30 +1 copiesA gilded statue of a seated or standing figure in a dark red turban with a jewelled ornament and crescent-shaped clip, wearing a deep red garment, layered gold and pearl necklaces, a large white jewelled pendant and many rudraksha malas. Its right hand is raised in blessing and its left hand is open, with white and orange-red floral garlands draped over the shoulders. Behind it is an ornate gold arch with crystal and bead decoration, and a second golden figure stands in the background. The figure is a statue or murti, not a living person, and the scene is an ornate decorated display.2020-03-26Close photograph of a life-size metallic-finished statue of a seated figure in a maroon-red turban and maroon drapery, wearing layered red and gold beaded necklaces, ornate gold and jewelled collar with red and blue gemstones, and a large dark stone brooch. The figure's raised hand holds a gold-toned ritual object and a red rudraksha-style mala hangs at the side. Vertical garlands of red roses, white flowers and green foliage frame the statue, with orange and purple flowers visible at the edges. This is a statue, not a living person, so no physical people are present.2018-04-23A gilded statue, not a living person, of a man with long dark hair and a saffron-gold turban with a red tilak on the forehead, its hands joined in anjali mudra. It wears a maroon robe layered with multiple strands of brown rudraksha malas, gold beaded necklaces and a jeweled pendant, and is garlanded with orange and red marigolds, white flowers and green leaves. The statue stands before a bright green draped cloth framed by ornate gold arch edges. Because the subject is a statue, it is a depiction, not an in-person candidate.2013-12-22
